South Tumwater Project
Modest 2500 sq ft country home that was remodeled into a elegant 4000 sq ft country estate. This project was razed to the exterior walls, the floor plan was enlarged by 60% and a truly unique interior was constructed.
Steamboat Island Project 1
A northwest contemporary waterfront home. Steel stud inerior framing, with radiant heat and Seibold Construction hand crafted architectural detail throughout the home.
